Aluminum Conductors Aluminum Clad Steel Reinforced ACSR/AS IEC61089

Product Application 

It is applied for large span overhead transmission and distribution lines or overhead ground wire of lines. Temperature for continuous use can be up to 75 ℃. It has high electric conductivity and other property than commonly used ACSR.

Product Structure 

Aluminum Conductors Aluminum Clad Steel wire or strand Reinforced.

a) Aluminum wires:

– hard drawn aluminum as per IEC 60889 designated A1;

b) Aluminum –clad steel wires as per IEC 61232:

-class 20SA, types A and B, designated respectively SA1A and SA1B

-class 27SA, designated as SA2.

Product Property 

Aluminum Conductors Aluminum Clad Steel Reinforced cable has the core Aluminum clad steel strand, the core has high electric conductivity than Galvanized steel wire strand, the ACS strand also can reinforce the surrounding Aluminum conductors.
